Scott Breidbart

Scott Breidbart is a highly experienced healthcare executive currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Aclarion and as a Consultant at Stellar Health and Advisor at Redesign Health, roles taken on since early 2022. Prior to these positions, Breidbart was the Chief Medical Officer at Affinity Health Plan from 2018 to 2021 and at Solera Health from 2016 to 2018, as well as the Chief Clinical Officer at EmblemHealth from 2015 to 2016. Breidbart also held a significant role as Chief Medical Officer at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield from 2008 to 2015, and spent a decade at Health Net in various leadership roles. Breidbart earned an MBA from Pace University and an MD from Columbia University, complementing medical expertise with a B.A. in Mathematics from Yale University.
