Andrew Schiff

Dr. Schiff has served as a member of Aclaris’ board of directors since August 2017. Dr. Schiff joined Aisling Capital in 1999 and currently serves as a Managing Partner. Prior to joining Aisling Capital, Dr. Schiff practiced internal medicine for six years at The New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where he maintains his position as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. Within the past five years, he served as a director of the publicly held life science company ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc., a medical technology company. Dr. Schiff currently serves as a director of a number of private companies. He is a longtime supporter and board member of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, as well as other charitable organizations. Dr. Schiff received a Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science, with honors in neuroscience, from Brown University.
