Shu-Wen Teng

Shu-Wen Teng is an accomplished professional in clinical pharmacology with extensive experience leading teams in the development of innovative therapeutics across various domains, including immuno-inflammatory diseases and oncology. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology at Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc., Shu-Wen Teng has a proven record in strategic communication and cross-functional collaboration to enhance drug development processes. Prior roles include Senior Director at Biosion and CStone Pharmaceuticals, focusing on clinical and quantitative systems pharmacology, with leadership in guiding teams and creating quantitative frameworks for drug development. Previous experience at Merck and Takeda Pharmaceuticals involved key contributions to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling for therapeutic optimization. Shu-Wen Teng holds a PhD in Physics from Princeton University and a BS in Physics from National Taiwan University.
