Asier Ochoa de Eribe Iturrieta

Asier Ochoa de Eribe Iturrieta serves as the Decarbonization and Sustainability Director at Heidelberg Materials Hispania since January 2000, with a focus on carbon footprint analysis, EPDs development, and sustainability-related relations with public institutions. Prior roles include Sustainable Development and External Communication Director, Sustainable Development Director, and Environmental Corporate Manager, where expertise in climate change, health and safety, and environmental management has been demonstrated. Additionally, Asier Ochoa holds the position of Vice President and board member at Aclima, the Basque Environment cluster since 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at Cementos Rezola and completing various degrees in engineering and management, including a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from EOI Business School and specialized training in hydrogen as an energy vector from Tecnun - Universidad de Navarra.
