The current leadership team at Aclima has a wide range of experience in different industries. The VP of Operations has experience as an Operations Manager and Staff Scientist, while the Postdoctoral Research Associate has experience in research laboratories. Both members have experience in engineering, with the VP of Operations having a degree in Chemical Engineering and the Postdoctoral Research Associate having degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and Caltech.
