Amien Kacou

Amien Kacou is a Staff Attorney at ACLU of Florida with extensive experience in immigration and nationality law. Prior to their current role, Amien worked as an Attorney at Law at GPI Law PLLC and The Law Office of Theresa Obot LLC, representing clients in various immigration proceedings. Amien also interned at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., focusing on refugee immigration. Amien's passion for human rights projects is evident through their internship at Red Cross Society of Cote d'Ivoire. As Amien pursues a Master of Laws at the University of California, Berkeley, Amien continues to expand their expertise in the legal field.
