Colleen Smith

Colleen Smith is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Director on the William & Mary Law School Association Board of Directors and as a Litigator at Stris & Maher LLP, with additional responsibilities as a Legal Panel Member for the ACLU of Idaho. Colleen has extensive litigation experience, having worked as Litigation Counsel at Covington & Burling LLP, where complex civil matters were handled, including class action suits and multidistrict litigation. Previous positions include Litigation Associate at Hawley Troxell and Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable David C. Nye, The Honorable N. Randy Smith, and The Honorable Liam O'Grady in various U.S. District and Appeals Courts. Colleen holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from The College of Idaho.
