Lillian Ciulla

Lillian Ciulla is currently the Human Resources Operations Manager at ACLU of Massachusetts since September 2021. Prior to this, Lillian held various roles at Massachusetts Port Authority from 2007 to 2021, including Senior Human Resources Project Specialist. Lillian also worked at Sanofi Genzyme from 2003 to 2007 as a Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist. Ciulla has extensive experience in high volume recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and program redesign.
