Rachel Davidson is a Free Expression Staff Attorney at ACLU of Massachusetts since September 2023. Prior to that, Rachel served as a Clinical Lecturer in Law and Newmark Fellow at Yale Law School, focusing on the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic. Rachel also worked as a Law Clerk at U.S. District Courts and as a Legal Fellow at ACLU of Massachusetts. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from UCLA.
