Heather Taylor is an accomplished professional in media relations and strategic communications, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Media and Programs at Dow Jones News Fund since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing media relations and managing high school and college programs. Additionally, Taylor has been a Board Member of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey since January 2012. Previously, Taylor held the position of Senior Director of Communications & Public Affairs at The Citizens Campaign from October 2004 to January 2015, acting as the primary spokesperson and developing strategic communications plans. Earlier experience includes serving as the Communications Director for the New Jersey Chapter of Common Cause from October 2002 to October 2004. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, and Journalism from Rutgers University, following education at Hopewell Valley Central High School.
