Allison Shelnut

Allison Shelnut is an experienced professional currently serving as an Integral Coach at Cactus and Pine Coaching since April 2023. Previously, Allison has held multiple roles at the ACLU since September 2018, including Program Associate in Affiliate Organizational Management, focusing on equity and inclusion, and Program Associate in Affiliate Equity Programs, enhancing state capacity and fostering connections within the ACLU network. Prior to the ACLU, Allison worked as a Coordinator of Principal and Leadership Gifts at The New School and held positions at Children of Promise, NYC, and YMCA of Greensboro. Allison's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development from The New School, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and an Associate's degree in Sociology from Guilford Technical Community College.
