Alonzo Kelly

Alonzo Kelly is the Director at ACLU. Alonzo has a long and successful history in leadership positions. Alonzo was the Senior Vice President, Head of Shared Services at Wells Fargo Advantage Funds from November 2007 to August 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the overall direction, budgeting, and forecasting for the Client Services Team, Institutional and Financial Advice Support, Call Center, Training and Development, Recruitment, Event Planning, Menomonee Falls Building Management, Mail Operations, Record Retention, and Administrative Support. Alonzo was also responsible for developing and executing sound strategies to drive business results by improving group performance. The Shared Services team partners with other areas of the organization for cross-sell opportunities, retaining the business, and providing excellent customer service. Alonzo worked with the operations department to ensure solutions developed would be transitioned and supported to exceed clients' expectations. Alonzo also managed the regulatory supervision of Shared Services Managers and ensured all regulatory policies were followed. Alonzo partnered closely with peers in Marketing, Financial Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance and Sales Channel Leaders.

After their time at Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, Alonzo Kelly went on to start their own company, Kelly Leadership Group, LLC. Alonzo has now been working as the Director at ACLU for many years. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and strategic planning of the organization. Alonzo Kelly has a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Alonzo also has a BSBA in Accounting from Marian University of Fond du Lac.
