Crystal Pardue

Indigenous Justice Staff Attorney

Crystal Pardue is an accomplished attorney specializing in Indigenous Justice, currently serving as the Indigenous Justice Staff Attorney at ACLU since March 2023. Crystal employs multi-faceted strategies in litigation, advocacy, public education, and community organizing to advance Indigenous Justice. Previously, Crystal worked as an Associate Attorney at ZIONTZ CHESTNUT, focusing on legal issues for tribes and Native American individuals, and as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the ACLU of Washington, addressing disparities in school discipline for Native American youth. Other roles include a Staff Attorney at Northwest Justice Project and various legal positions including a Trial Advocacy Fellow and judicial externship. Crystal holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, a B.S. in Political Science from Portland State University, and a B.A. in Music Performance from UCLA.
