Ella Wiley is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in advocacy, particularly in the realm of voting rights and social justice. Currently serving as a Communications Strategist focusing on Voting Rights at the ACLU, Ella develops and executes comprehensive communications strategies to promote litigation, advocacy, and electoral initiatives. Prior to this role, Ella held various positions at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., advancing from Communications Assistant to Senior Communications Associate, where responsibilities included drafting press materials and leading media strategies. Ella's earlier experience includes developing content and programs focused on women's issues at Dickinson College and contributing to communications efforts as a Development Intern at Spectrum Community Services, Inc.
