Jenna Leventoff

Jenna Leventoff serves as Senior Policy Counsel for the ACLU's National Political Advocacy Department since February 2023, focusing on issues related to free speech, technology, and telecommunications. Previously, Leventoff was Senior Policy Counsel at Public Knowledge, advocating for universal broadband deployment and privacy in the video marketplace. At the National Skills Coalition, Leventoff led state policy advocacy efforts as a Senior Policy Analyst. Earlier experience includes roles at Upturn, the International Intellectual Property Institute, and an internship with the ACLU's legislative office. Leventoff holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Case Western Reserve University, with additional studies at Queen Mary University of London.
