Jon Farber

Jon Farber is currently the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at the ACLU, where they manage day-to-day employee relations matters and oversee labor relations training. Previously, they held various roles including Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at NYU Langone Health and Labor Relations Coordinator at Disney Theatrical Group. Jon has extensive experience in theater administration, having worked as Company Manager for multiple productions and as Interim Assistant Company Manager for The Lion King on Broadway. They earned a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University.
