Kohar Minassian

Kohar Minassian is a seasoned multimedia producer with extensive experience in video production and editing. Currently serving as a Senior Multimedia Producer at ACLU since January 2023, Kohar also co-founded &Roses in June 2020. Freelance work as a Video Producer/Editor has been ongoing since 2013. Previous roles include Video Producer for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for Congress and Senior Producer for Warren for President, as well as positions at Mic and The Huffington Post, where Kohar focused on creating engaging video content. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and General Assembly. Notably, Kohar contributed as an Editor on the documentary film Motherland, showcasing the resilience of Armenian women in rebuilding Nagorno-Karabakh.
