Kursten Jackson currently serves as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Management & Engagement at the ACLU and as a BetterUp Coach, while also running a consulting business with ei People Solutions. Previously, Kursten held the position of Chief of Engagement & Strategic Partnership within the City of Baltimore’s Department of Human Resources, where significant accomplishments included the development of a citywide employee engagement program and optimization of organizational structures for IT services. With an extensive background in human resources spanning roles at Howard County General Hospital and SAIC, Kursten has effectively led initiatives to enhance employee engagement and optimize human resource functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, along with a leadership program from Loyola University Maryland.
