Luis Nolasco serves as a Senior Policy Advocate and Organizer at the ACLU of Southern California since July 2014, focusing on critical issues such as Immigrant Rights, Education Equity, Criminal Justice Reform, Police Practices, and LGBTQ Rights. Additionally, Luis co-founded and currently serves on the Board of the Inland Empire Immigrant Youth Coalition, where grassroots organizing empowers undocumented immigrant youth through initiatives like Deferred Action Clinics and rallies against anti-immigrant policies. From June 2013 to July 2014, Luis was the Detention Reform Coordinator for the Justice for Immigrants Coalition, collaborating with leaders on issues related to ICE holds and the TRUST Act. Luis Nolasco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino, earned between 2008 and 2011.
