Mitchell Davis

Mitchell Davis has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Leadership Development at the ACLU since June 2020. Prior roles include Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, and Director of Organizational Development at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Mitchell has also held positions as Director of Talent Management at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and worked as a consultant during graduate studies at Columbia University. Additional early career experiences include a role as a Middle School Teacher and Senior Software Developer. Mitchell holds a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College's Thomas Hunter Honors Program.
