Stel Valavanis

Stel Valavanis serves as the Director of Product Strategy at CyberMaxx, a role initiated in January 2025 following the acquisition of onShore Security, a company founded and led by Stel as CEO until 2025. With a background in founding and chairing various ventures, including onShore Networks, an Internet Service Provider, and onShore Inc., Stel has played a crucial role in their development since 1991. Additionally, Stel is a co-founder of Blue Team Con and The Gallery: A Business Incubator, and co-owns Creative Coworking. Active in community affairs, Stel holds board positions at ACLU of Illinois and Verda Innovations Inc., while also serving as Executive Producer at 23E Studios. Educationally, Stel earned a BA in Physics from the University of Chicago between 1984 and 1988.
