Tenicka Boyd is a community organizer and social impact strategist who specializes in activism, progressive politics, and cultural change. With a background in leading various initiatives, Tenicka held roles such as Field Organizer for Obama for America and National Director for the Leaders of Color Initiative, where they supported Black and Latinx leaders. Currently, they serve as the National Organizing Director and Deputy Political Director at the ACLU. Tenicka has contributed to numerous media platforms and published op-eds in prominent outlets, while pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Tennessee State University. Residing in Harlem, Tenicka is also an avid world traveler who has visited over 50 countries.
