Thai Pham

Thai Pham serves as the Associate Director of Gift Planning at the ACLU since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive planned giving strategy in collaboration with the National Office and 16 affiliate offices across multiple states. Prior to this role, Thai Pham was the Deputy Director of Development at Lambda Legal from April 2013 to May 2018, managing a national fundraising strategy that raised $19 million annually and overseeing a team of 30 staff members. Previous experience includes positions such as Account Executive at Luxury Link, Deputy Director at Bolder Giving, and various roles at the Stonewall Community Foundation, Education Through Music, and Continuum HIV Day Services, showcasing a strong background in development and fundraising across diverse organizations. Thai Pham holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
