Theodora Simon is currently a Senior Advisor in Affiliate Organizational Management and Leadership for the ACLU. They have held various roles, including Indigenous Justice Advocate in the Racial & Economic Justice Program at the ACLU of Northern California, and Associate Director for Advocacy & Leadership Development at the Hope Border Institute. Previously, Theodora directed the project "Mujeres de la Guerra, Historias de El Salvador," which highlighted the stories of women leaders through multiple platforms, including a published book and documentary film. They also served as the Grassroots Program Coordinator at the SHARE Foundation, where they facilitated development projects and fundraising initiatives. Theodora earned a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of San Francisco.
