Gabriel Fowler

Gabriel Fowler is a seasoned journalist and community development professional with a rich history of experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Journalist at Australian Community Media since April 2021, Gabriel previously held roles including Community Development Coordinator at Social Futures and Community Engagement Coordinator for the NDIS at St Vincent de Paul Society NSW. Gabriel also contributed as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Ability Links, a successful initiative aiding individuals with disabilities, and spent significant time as a journalist at Newcastle Herald and Cumberland Newspapers, focusing on public affairs, health, justice, and local news. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Canberra and completed secondary education at Pymble Ladies College and St Pius X College.
