Paula Thompson

Paula Thompson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and communications roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the National Machinery and Ag Tech writer at ACM since May 2023, Paula previously held the position of Communications Officer at Primary Producers SA, where responsibilities included managing communications. Experience also includes working as a Bid Writer for ServiceFM, Regional Editor and Messenger West Reporter at News Corp, and several editorial roles at ACM and The Murray Pioneer newspaper. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Australia and post-graduate diplomas in Country Newspaper Journalism and Sub-editing from Deakin University and Charles Sturt University, respectively.
