Chelsea Bogino

Chelsea Bogino has a diverse work experience background. Chelsea started their career in 2007 as a Pharmacy Technician at Wegmans Food Markets and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they held various roles at Rochester Regional Health, including Senior Compensation Analyst-RN, Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Manager. During this time, they also worked as a Registered Nurse and Pharmacy Technician-Inpatient. In 2018, they joined Fit Body Boot Camp as a Certified Personal Trainer until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to GenesisCare as a Senior Compensation Analyst. Currently, they are working with ACM Global Laboratories as the Director of Compensation.

Chelsea Bogino completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St. John Fisher University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College in 2012. Recently, in 2019, Chelsea also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
