Tracy Liu

Tracy Liu is an experienced professional in tax advising and financial consulting, currently serving as CEO of HM CPA Services P.C. since January 2023. Liu has a substantial background as a Member of the Board of Directors for ACM RESEARCH INC since October 2016 and has owned H&M Financial Consulting since January 2006, focusing on U.S. and international tax matters. Previously held key positions such as Managing Partner at H&M Int'l CPAs, LLP and H&M Int'l Accounting and Tax Solutions, LLP, and served as Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP and Manager at KPMG. Early career experience includes serving as Controller at Radison Hotel Santa Clara. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Accounting and Tax from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Nankai University.
