Xiao Xing

Xiao Xing began serving as an ACM director on June 30 2022. Ms. Xing has been a Vice President of Shanghai Pudong Haiwang Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., since September 2021, after serving as General Manager of Investment Department of Shanghai Pudong SPINNOTEC Group Co., Ltd. from October 2018 to August 2021. From May 2012 to February 2018, Ms. Xing was a Deputy General Manager of Zhangjiang Torch Entrepreneurship Park Investment Development Co., Ltd. of Shanghai. Ms. Xing received a Master degree from Zhejiang University of Business Administration. She was appointed to the board pursuant to a voting agreement between ACM and Shanghai S&T Venture Capital (Group) Co., Ltd.
