In their current role as District Sales Manager at Acme Brick, Shawn is responsible for marketplace management, database management, recruiting, and professional sales representative development to meet team quotas. Prior to this, Shawn served as a Sales Manager at UniFirst Corporation and was an Owner/Operator at Hatcher Masonry, where Shawn bid on jobs, managed the work force, and ensured quality work for homeowners and builders.
