M.D. Hasibur Rahman

Md. Hasibur Rahman has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Md. Hasibur began their career as an Article Student, Audit Supervisor, and Management Consultancy Manager at S. F. Ahmed & Company, where they gained practical experience in auditing, company formation, and providing tax advisory services to various organizations. Md. Hasibur then joined The ACME Laboratories Ltd. as the Additional Deputy Managing Director and played a key role in transforming the company from a small-scale pharmaceutical company to a major player in the industry.

Following this, Md. Hasibur Rahman founded several ventures, including Nature Food Products, where they focused on growing nutritious microalgae for the local market. Md. Hasibur also founded Integrated Nature Farming (INF) to integrate livestock farming and address environmental and social aspects sustainably. Additionally, they established Dhamrai Dairy, a research-based livestock and dairy farm, where they conducted collaborative research and provided training to aspiring dairy entrepreneurs.

In more recent years, Md. Hasibur Rahman served as the Chairman of Milk Vita, the largest dairy cooperative in Bangladesh, where they contributed to the production of pasteurized milk and other dairy products and supported the socio-economic development of dairy farmers.

Currently, they are the Country Partner for Bangladesh at Dimitra Technology, a global leader in agriculture technology, value chain enhancement, food traceability, and export management.

Md. Hasibur Rahman attended the University of Dhaka and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in 1969. After completing their undergraduate studies, their education history indicates that they pursued the Chartered Accountants Bangladesh CA Course.
