Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan FCS has extensive work experience in various roles related to corporate affairs, company secretarial duties, and finance. Masudur Rahman is currently the Head of Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary at The ACME Laboratories Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy General Manager & Company Secretary at DOREEN POWER GENERATIONS AND SYSTEMS LTD., where they were responsible for arranging board meetings, preparing annual reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Masudur Rahman also served as the Manager of Finance and Corporate Affairs at Giant Group, Bangladesh, where they handled secretarial records, financial management, and policy development. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Manager (Finance & Compliance) at KAI-ALTECH Group and as an Executive Audit in the Audit & Internal Control Department at Rangs Group. Throughout their career, Masudur has demonstrated their skills in financial management, internal audit, and compliance.

Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan FCS began their education at Kurmitola High School from 1986 to 1995, where they obtained their SSC with a focus on Science. Masudur Rahman then attended Adamjee Cantonment College in 1996-1997, obtaining their HSC in Commerce. Moving forward, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons') degree in Management from Jagannath College (Under National University) during 1997-2000. Following that, they continued their education at the same institution from 1998-2001, earning a Master of Commerce degree with a major in Management. Lastly, Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan FCS enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) for Chartered Secretaryship from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Corporate law, Securities law, Banking Law & Secretarial Practice, Finance, and Accounts.
