Alex Castillo has experience working in various roles within the warehouse, shipping, and receiving departments. Currently employed at Acme Smoked Fish Corp as a Purchasing and Inventory Analyst. Previously worked at Preferred Meals as a Warehouse Supervisor and held other titles such as Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and Receiving Clerk. Prior to that, worked at Best Sellers Inc. as a Shipping Clerk. Graduated from Academia Centroamericana de Gastronomía de El Salvador (ACEGA) with a degree in Professional Chef, International Cooking in 2015.
