Holly Leung is a Product Development Scientist at Acme Smoked Fish Corp. Previously, Holly worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Maine, and also gained experience in Quality Assurance at Maine Fair Trade Lobster. Holly has a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Maine and has shown leadership skills as the IFTSA North Atlantic Area Meeting Chair at the Institute of Food Technologists.
