Albert Holgerson

Albert Holgerson began their work experience at CNN in 2009 as a Tour Guide and later moved on to become an Operations Supervisor. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Manager of Operations where they oversaw a staff of sixteen Tour Guides and was responsible for managing the department budget, implementing evaluation systems, and maintaining the tour schedule. During their time at CNN, they also proposed and implemented tour route updates and independently developed a VIP Tour. In 2016, Holgerson joined ACME Technologies Inc. as a Product Support Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Client Services Manager.

Albert Holgerson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Film and Television from Boston University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
