As a seasoned nonprofit industry professional, Michael’s career began in the Museum space followed by over 20 years at Blackbaud where he worked in a number of different capacities. He held leadership positions in professional services, sales support (pre-sales), product marketing, and customer success, predominantly focused on the Arts and Cultural sector. Given his appetite for entrepreneurial initiatives, he led or co-led many cross-functional efforts during his tenure.
Since joining ACME, he contributed to the continued standardization of processes and the implementation of best practices across the sales organization. Additionally, in his role as a senior account executive, he successfully managed complex sales pursuits and helped lead ACME to positive year-over-year growth since 2019.
