Rick Jenkins has over 35 years of professional experience in the Defense, Aviation, and Simulation & Training sectors. From 2014 to present, they have been the President of RedCar Communications LLC, a professional consulting service. From 2005 to 2014, they were the Vice President for Business Operations at ACME Worldwide Enterprises, Inc., where they drove revenue growth and generated leads and advanced opportunities through sales channels. From 2000 to 2005, they were the F-22 Logistics Test Planner at the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, where they were the USAF enlisted logistics test lead for the F-22 Operational Test and Evaluation program and a Subject Matter Expert for aircraft maintenance and technical data. From 1994 to 2000, they were the F-117 Modification Manager at the USAF-F-117 Directorate of Specialized Management (SPO), where they were the sole USAF modification manager for the F-117 Stealth Fighter program. From 1984 to 1994, they provided program, maintenance, acquisition, logistics, test and evaluation, and personnel management support for USAF fighter aircraft programs.

Rick Jenkins obtained their MA in Media Communication from Webster University between 2006 and 2009. Rick then earned their BS in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In January 2019, they obtained their APMP Foundation Level Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Rick also holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification from the Federal Aviation Authority.
