Georgina Russell has an extensive work history in various marketing, development, and management roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Development Coordinator at the Perth International Arts Festival, implementing sponsorship agreements. From 1999 to 2001, they served as the Operations & Development Manager at RTRFM 92.1, a community radio station in Perth. Following that, they worked as the Operations & Media Manager at PR Newswire (NA Europe) from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they took on the role of Office/Production Manager at Monkey Kingdom. In 2006, they became the Marketing, Communications & Development Manager at the Melbourne Fringe Festival.
