Kevin Hayes

Kevin Hayes has a strong background in legal counsel and governance. From 2015 to present, they have been working at ACNB Bank, starting as the VP/General Counsel and progressing to their current role as the SVP/General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Governance Officer. In these positions, they provide legal advice and partnership on various legal matters, including banking, regulatory, corporate, real estate, and risk management. Kevin also monitors compliance with regulations and advises the bank's management team on significant legal developments. Prior to their time at ACNB Bank, Kevin worked at Mette Evans & Woodside as an Attorney, specializing in civil litigation, loan workout, and asset recovery, among other areas. Kevin also completed internships at the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel and the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.

Kevin Hayes received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Kevin then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law from 2009 to 2012.
