Ylva Wernhoff

Ylva Wernhoff is currently serving as the Global CRM Manager at Acne Studios AB since November 2023. Previously, Ylva held the position of Head of CRM & Loyalty at By Malene Birger A/S from June 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing CRM vision and roadmap for brand retention and growth. Prior experience includes serving as a CRM Analyst at Acne Studios AB (March 2021 - August 2022) and as a Customer Analyst for CRM & Loyalty at H&M (March 2019 - March 2021). Ylva also holds a substantial background in commercial and digital roles from Carlsberg Group and has interned with Nike. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing & Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
