Karthik C. has over a decade of experience in IT operations and technical support, currently serving as Team Lead for IT Virtualization Operations at Acolad Group since March 2017. Prior to this role, Karthik held the position of Senior Technical Analyst for IT Virtualization Operations and worked as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix Technologies India Pvt Ltd., where responsibilities included troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of storage and backup issues. Karthik began a career in technology as a Junior Engineer at HCL Technologies, focusing on resolving broadband, PSTN, and email-related issues. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from LVEC and completed H.S.C at Kalamandir Matriculation School.
