Claudia Suter

Claudia Suter is the Group Head Compliance at ACOLIN since September 2021. Prior to this, Claudia held various legal and compliance roles at Carnegie Fund Services S.A., where Claudia was responsible for legal and fund compliance matters. With a background as a State Attorney at the Department of Justice & Inner, Claudia managed numerous cases of recovery using tort assets and provided legal mutual assistance to various countries. Claudia also has experience working at the District Attorney's Office and District Court, focusing on criminal law cases and international legal mutual assistance related to anti-money laundering. Claudia holds a lic.iur./MLaw degree from the University of Zurich and certifications in fund compliance and asset management.
