Bryce Helgerson

Bryce Helgerson's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder at Acolyte Health since November 2022. Bryce previously worked as a Strategic Advisor at Acolyte Health from July 2022 to November 2022. In 2022, they also participated in Class 8 of The Cedars-Sinai Accelerator.

Prior to their current role, Helgerson worked at Legacy Health for many years, starting in 2005. Bryce held various positions throughout their tenure, including Senior Vice President & Chief Integration Officer from April 2019 to March 2022, President of Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center from December 2013 to April 2019, Vice President of Hospital Operations from August 2009 to December 2013, and President of Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center from October 2005 to August 2009. Bryce'sresponsibilities at Legacy Health included overseeing hospital operations, safety and security, clinical engineering, and construction projects.

In addition to their roles at Acolyte Health and Legacy Health, Helgerson served as a Board Member at the Washington State Hospital Association from 2015 to 2021 and as a Delegate on the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association from 2015 to 2020. Before joining Legacy Health, they worked as an Administrator in the Department of Neurological Surgery at OHSU from 1999 to 2005.

Bryce Helgerson completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Luther College in 1994. Bryce then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, which they earned from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, they attended the Lean Healthcare Certificate Program at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
