Bryce Helgerson's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder at Acolyte Health since November 2022. In addition to their roles at Acolyte Health and Legacy Health, Helgerson served as a Board Member at the Washington State Hospital Association from 2015 to 2021 and as a Delegate on the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association from 2015 to 2020. Before joining Legacy Health, they worked as an Administrator in the Department of Neurological Surgery at OHSU from 1999 to 2005.

Bryce Helgerson completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Luther College in 1994. Bryce then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, which they earned from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, they attended the Lean Healthcare Certificate Program at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
