Caroline Gallais

Caroline GALLAIS is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in strategic HR management and labor relations. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines at ACOME since March 2016, Caroline contributes as a member of the CODIR and leads HR strategy, social dialogue, and transformation projects. Previous roles include DRH at ADMR and various HR management positions at In Extenso and other organizations, demonstrating proficiency in legal compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. Caroline holds multiple advanced degrees in law and management, including a Master 2 in Management de la RSE from Université Paris-Est Créteil and a Master of Laws in International Trade Law from Newcastle University.
