Christian Emond is a director at ACOME. Prior to their current position, they worked as a research assistant at the University of Calgary and as an undergraduate student researcher at iGEM Calgary, where they developed solutions to issues facing the canola industry of Canada and created a toolkit to more easily integrate large genetic constructs into eukaryotic cell lines.
Christian Emond attended the University of Calgary, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology.
