After graduating from Nagoya University in 1992, he worked as a sales representative at Information Services International-Dentsu and Microsoft, mainly in charge of major manufacturing customers in the Chubu region. From 2000, he experienced investment fund management and management consulting at Inspire, and two years later became independent in 2005 . Involved in Ateam as a management consultant since May, appointed director in September 2005, part-time in November 2013, one year after listing, retired in October 2019 Mirai Project, established after Ateam was listed, is a local nursing care business. Since 2009, Nagoya University has been an invited faculty member of the Graduate School of Engineering, and since 2013, a visiting faculty member of the Faculty of Economics.
