Eloise Layard

Eloise Layard is currently the Manager of Strategy and Impact at ACON, having served as Acting Director of Community Health and previously as Program Coordinator for Sexual, Domestic and Family Violence. In these roles, Eloise led initiatives to support LGBTQ+ health, equity, and community awareness. Prior to ACON, Eloise worked as a Social Worker at Services Australia, where they developed service offers and engaged in direct casework related to family and domestic violence. Eloise earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with First Class Honours and the University Medal from the University of Sydney.
