Becina Ganther

Becina Ganther currently serves as the Manager of Grantmaking Strategy at Liberation Ventures, with experience as a Senior Grantmaking Analyst through a secondment via McKinsey & Company. Since October 2020, Becina has held various roles at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Business Analyst to Senior Business Analyst while working on the Liberation Ventures and PolicyLink secondment. Previous experience includes multiple internships at Harvard University, such as Campus Education Intern and Curatorial Research Intern, as well as contributions to The Harvard Crimson as an Editorial Board Editor and Columnist. Becina's educational background features a Bachelor of Arts in History of Science with a Minor in Computer Science from Harvard University and earlier studies at The Ohio State University, culminating in a high school diploma from Upper Arlington High School with honors.
