Martin Silveira

Martin Silveira is an experienced counsellor and care coordinator currently employed at ACON since July 2023, providing support to LGBTQ+ clients and those living with HIV. With a strong background in education, Martin serves as a tutor at Western Sydney University, teaching counselling theories and mentoring students. Previously, Martin held significant roles including Senior Policy and Projects at Western Sydney Community Forum, where contributions were made to organizational improvement and community advocacy, and as a counsellor at Sydney Sexual Health Centre, offering advanced counselling services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Bachelor's in Public Health Education and Promotion from Western Sydney University.
