Jamie Fullbright has over 19 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Currently, Jamie serves as the Chief People Officer at ACORE Capital since September 2021. Prior to this, Jamie worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Compass from May 2020 to September 2021. Compass is the largest real estate firm in California after merging with Pacific Union in 2018. At Pacific Union, Jamie held the position of Director of Human Resources from November 2012 to May 2020. Before that, Jamie gained experience as a Human Resource Administrator at Kane and Finkel Healthcare Communications from May 2011 to November 2012 and as an Executive Administrator in HR at Perfect Fitness from July 2008 to May 2011. Jamie's earlier roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at SHIFT Communications from March 2007 to July 2008 and as an Administrative Assistant at Tamalpais Pediatrics from April 2002 to December 2003.

Jamie Fullbright obtained a high school degree with honors from Marin Catholic High School, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they attended San Francisco State University from 1997 to 2002, majoring in Communications and earning a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree. Jamie also obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM in June 2016.
